Time for an afternoon snack! Black bean hummus! Simple, easy, nutritious – so enjoy!
- 1 can black beans (drained but save some juice)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or 1 drop of cilantro doterra EO ½ lime (use juice) or 1 drop of lime doterra EO salt & pepper to taste
Combine and mix above ingredients in a food processor til desired creaminess. If not creamy add a little black bean juice and/or plain yogurt. Serve room temperature with tortilla chips, veggies or even as a sandwich spread in place of mayo.
