A healthy twist on nachos: grilled chicken breasts, steamed broccoli, low fat cheese and my avocado dip/spread – this is absolutely amaze balls!!! I also had guiltless tortilla chips from trader joes.
- 1 -2 Avocados
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro or 1 drop of cilantro doterra EO ½ lime (use juice) or 1 drop of lime doterra EO
- salt & blk pepper to taste
Combine and mix above ingredients in a food processor til desired creaminess. Serve room temperature with tortilla chips, veggies or even as a sandwich spread in place of mayo.
